Who is Michal Krzymowski, and What Does He Do?

• Facade of Trust: Michal presents himself as a committed entrepreneur to gain your trust and convince you to invest in his business.
  
• False Promises: Michal lures people with the illusion of profitable ventures, making promises he never intends to keep.
  
• Manipulation Tactics: Through continuous excuses about administrative delays, lawyer fees, and personal issues, he keeps his victims hooked.

The Trap

Michal’s strategy includes building trust with ongoing communication, offering drafts of contracts, and talking about potential business growth while failing to deliver on any commitments.

My Encounter with Michal Krzymowski

It all began on June 19, 2022, when I invested 80,000 PLN in a Coffee Shop in Poznan to help the business purchase an ice cream machine and manage short-term cash flow for tax payments. During this process, I was introduced to co-founder Michal Krzymowski.

Later, Michal convinced me to purchase all his shares for 475,000 PLN, paid in two installments:

• 237,500 PLN on May 2, 2023
• 237,500 PLN on May 13, 2023

Despite continuous communication and trust built over regular calls, Michal provided only draft contracts, which he delayed under the pretext of administrative and legal complications.

Michal’s Disappearance

By December 2023, Michal admitted financial difficulties and requested an additional loan of $29,339 USD for personal crypto investments. Believing in our trust, I lent him the money.

However, in January 2024, Michal disappeared, leaving me with:

• No return on my initial loan of 80,000 PLN
• No legal ownership of the Coffee Shop shares
• No repayment of the $29,339 USD personal loan

149,000 USD, broken down as follows:

• 80,000 PLN (approx. $20,000 USD)
• 475,000 PLN (approx. $100,000 USD)
• $29,339 USD personal loan

The Reality of Dealing with Michal

Michal’s actions reveal a clear pattern of deception:

• He used trust and regular communication to stall accountability.
• He failed to fulfill promises regarding share ownership and loan repayment.
• He disappeared once the money ran out, leaving behind no accountability.
